METHODOLOGY OF PROGRAMME

The methodology of this training program is based on the principles of life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, and general psychology. The therapy course, incorporating methods and techniques from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and coaching, can be used within the framework of psycho-correctional therapy. Psycho-correction involves methods for correcting negative psychological states, improving mental well-being, and developing positive cognitive and emotional patterns.

NLP often focuses on the interconnection between language, thought, and behavior, as well as on how changes in linguistic and cognitive processes can influence a person's emotional state. Coaching, on the other hand, is oriented towards guiding the client in achieving their goals, uncovering their potential, and overcoming obstacles.

The combination of these approaches can help the client become aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, as well as develop strategies to change negative aspects in their life. However, it is important to remember that the effectiveness of any therapy method may depend on the individual characteristics of the client and the therapist's qualifications.

This training methodology serves as the foundational preparation for novice professionals in the field of counseling and client diagnostics. Diagnostic criteria include the analysis and evaluation of individual psychological characteristics such as personality, emotional sphere, mood, self-esteem, and the assessment of mental aspects like memory, attention, and thinking. Educational modules cover information on various types of psychological diagnostics, including diagnostics of mental development, diagnostics of mental states, diagnostics of personality traits, neuropsychological diagnostics, professional diagnostics, and diagnostics of psychophysiological features.

During the training period, students in the program study and undergo psychological tests that they will later use in their practice. These tests primarily include: Szondi Test; Beck's Depression Scale; Zanga Scale for self-assessment of depression; Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire; Luscher Color Test; Projective test "Cube in the Desert"; Eysenck Temperament Diagnostics; Leonhard Schmishek's questionnaire on character accentuations.

Our approach is based on a deep understanding of individual psychological characteristics, the use of successful strategies, and an effective combination of NLP tools to change negative states and support clients in their psychological development.
